Hello and welcome to the Big Blue Box new ‘blog style’ web site.
This page is going to introduce you to the idea and plan for the site, other tabs will take you to other pages for more information, links etc.
So what’s the idea?
Firstly this site is to help to build the Big Blue Box business, so there will be information for potential clients.
This information will be – for example:
- ‘Case studies’ – briefly outlining the ‘business benefits’ of a particular coaching project
- Blog postings – discussing an issue or sharing an experience
- Responses – the intention is to build a dialogue and share information
But secondly there is also a significant number of people who have been clients and ‘coachees’ in the past and who would like to contribute and perhaps share their experience, advise others, ask for advice. Hopefully this site will have something for you.
This site is going to evolve and will hopefully have a life of its own so it will be fascinating to see what happens.
There are a couple of things to consider at this early stage:
Confidentiality – this is very important for obvious reasons – case studies and other real project information will be ‘anonomised’ to protect the names of individuals and organisations.
It may be appropriate to consider if your responses are sufficiently / appropriately protecting you and your organisation.
The focus of the site and its discussions is around ‘coaching’ and coaching primarily within organisations.
There is the option to mediate the dialogue, this will be ‘light touch, if necessary.
